Anyone else fighting the shivers and the sniffles??
We certainly are, and couldn’t think of a better post than this:
Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup.

Our Supplies:

Chicken Broth (6 cups)
1/4 Tsp. Thyme
3 Whole Celery Leaves
2 1/2 lbs. of Cooked Chicken
Carrots (1/2 cup)
Celery (1/2 cup)
Yellow Onion (1/2 cup)
Green Onions (1/4 cup)
Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup)
Egg Noodles (We used Whole Wheat)
Salt (1 tsp.)
Pepper (1 tsp.)
Bay Leaf (1)

Pour broth, thyme, and celery leaves into a large pot and bring to boil.  Reduce to medium heat immediately and remove celery leaves.  Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 45 minutes.
